Meet the Woman Behind REST
For years, I was the person holding everything together. Leading teams. Supporting others. Managing responsibilities. Showing up professionally, even when life felt overwhelming. What I learned was that many of us spend so much time reacting to what life demands that we rarely pause long enough to understand what we're feeling.
REST was born from that realization.
I created REST because I needed it myself. I needed a framework that would help me slow down, process my experiences, and respond with intention instead of urgency. What started as a personal practice eventually became journals, grounding cards, and wellness tools designed to help others do the same.
